Send us your files

If your files are over 2 MB we recommend sending them on disk or via ftp. Electronic files can be supplied on the following forms of removable media:

• Compact disk, CD
• Zip disk
• Floppy disk
• Syquest disk
• Optical disk

If your files are reasonably small (under two megabytes), e-mail may be appropriate.Contact your Customer Service Representative for details. When emailing. compress your files as described below. Please be sure to indicate your company name and other relevant information as part of the e-mail.

IMPORTANT: Fax a hardcopy proof or attach a PDF "soft proof" to your e-mail.

When transferring via the internet, we strongly recommend compressing all files into a single file using either Stuffit (Macintosh) or WinZip (PC/Windows). This not only makes uploading faster (because of the smaller total file size), but also can protect the files from damage during transfer.
